Executive Assistant position that will support Vice President.

8 AM TO 5 PM

Job Responsibilities :

• Support to VP and Other Leaders : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President and other senior leaders as needed.
• Calendar Management : Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Travel Management : Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Onsite and Offsite Scheduling : Plan and schedule onsite and offsite meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
• Presentation and Document Preparation : Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
• Confidential Information Handling : Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Project Management : Manage small projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Communication : Maintain strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail : Exhibit strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
