What You'll Do

You will be responsible for delivering the key packaging activities to land Innovations, Cost Savings, Business Continuity and Sustainability programs. You will manage multiple package development projects and prioritize tasks based on timelines. You will collaborate in a cross-functional team with Brand, Planning, Product Group R&D, Procurement, Quality, and material suppliers. The position interfaces with Manufacturing and Supply Chain for packaging projects including line trials, production start-ups, cost savings, improving line efficiencies related to packaging, and resolving documentation issues for specifications. You must communicate effectively with teams of technical and non-technical backgrounds.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• B.S. Degree in Packaging Science, or engineering equivalent; 1-2 years' experience in the packaging field
• Experience with rigid plastic technology and distribution / transit testing
• Understanding of package development process and engineering principles
• Ability to design and develop primary and secondary packaging components that meet consumer, Brand, customer, and manufacturing objectives
• General understanding of project management to realize the order, importance, and impact of project activities and maintain packaging commitments to project scheduling
• Understanding of consumer, business, and category needs and the relationship to packaging decisions and execution

Compensation and Benefits

Pay : The pay range for this position is $58,700 to $86,280. Compensation decisions consider a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education.

Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.
