What You'll Do
You will be responsible for delivering the key packaging activities to land Innovations, Cost Savings, Business Continuity and Sustainability programs. You will manage multiple package development projects and prioritize tasks based on timelines. You will collaborate in a cross-functional team with Brand, Planning, Product Group R&D, Procurement, Quality, and material suppliers. The position interfaces with Manufacturing and Supply Chain for packaging projects including line trials, production start-ups, cost savings, improving line efficiencies related to packaging, and resolving documentation issues for specifications. You must communicate effectively with teams of technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay : The pay range for this position is $58,700 to $86,280. Compensation decisions consider a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI) : This position is LTI eligible.
