Structural Drafter

Our talented staff of over 650 professionals deliver integrated planning, design, engineering and construction solutions. MSG is seeking a full-time Structural Drafter to work on bridge projects in the state of Ohio. This person will participate in all facets of the design process, including preparation of presentations, construction documents, and bridge plan preparation.

Responsibilities

• Development and production of detailed drawings in MicroStation to comply with ODOT and local agency requirements.
• Development and production of construction plans sufficient for bidding and for construction.
• Preparation of data and calculation of quantities, areas, etc. customary civil engineering plan design.
• Plotting, collating and compiling plan sets as required for agency and construction submittals.
• General office and administrative tasks including, but not limited to, couriering, scanning, copies, document preparation, filing, etc.
