Product Manager - Fintech - New York

We’re looking for a sharp, creative Product Manager to join a fast-scaling NYC startup that’s empowering people to earn independently online.

This role is ideal for someone who :

• Has founded or built something themselves (side projects, startups, creator ventures)
• Holds a CS degree from a top university
• Thinks in both data and intuition , balancing analytics with product instinct
• Knows how to get buy-in from engineers and designers through clarity and conviction

You’ll own a major piece of the marketplace, working directly with the founding team to decide what to build next and why. You’ll speak to users, analyse trends, and prioritise projects that drive growth.

💰 $225K base + strong equity
