Job Description

Reliant Health Care Associates is a growing company with Primary Care Medical Clinics in Dallas Fortworth. We are looking for quality, mid-level NP / PA providers with at least 2 years of experience in Primary Care Clinic settings, with an emphasis in value based care for patients with acute and chronic conditions.

Our supervising physician is Sri Reddy, MD. She has been in practice in the DFW area for over 24 years and would like to find someone with Primary Care Experience that cares about quality, compassionate care in a Primary Care setting.

Candidates who has visa requirement to work in USA, we can sponsor H1 and green card visas as we have done this to multiple providers in the past.
