Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative. This position can be located onsite at our Mills, WY or Billings, MT location. Hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (8 hour shift)

Responsibilities

• This position supports the Industrial customer group
• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely sourcing, quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls or emails for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Pay Range : $18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
