Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals. Post insurance payments and reconcile Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). Generate and send patient billing statements. Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances. Coordinate with third-party collection services as needed. 2+ years of dental or healthcare billing experience preferred. Familiarity with PPO, HMO, and fee-for-service insurance plans. Experience with Denticon is a plus, but training will be provided. Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, dependable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Dental Financial Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will play an important part in helping patients understand their treatment plans, navigate insurance, and feel comfortable with their financial options. The right candidate will bring strong communication skills, confidence in discussing financial matters, and a patient-centered approach. Experience with Denticon is a plus, but we are happy to provide training for the right person.

- Set up and manage payment arrangements, financing options, and collect payments.
- Assist patients with questions about their financial responsibilities.
