1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual role1-2 years experience in home related design or visual merchandising preferred. Specialty retail preferredEffective communication, organization and leadership skillsProven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examplesCollege degree preferred or equivalent job experiencePhysical Requirements
Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of timeAbility to operate POS systemAbility to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniquesBenefits Just for You
This role offers a competitive compensation package including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. The anticipated pay range for this role will be : $16.20 - $19.00 per hour.
