Position Summary :

We are searching for a Senior Manager, Patient Access Marketing Strategy, who possesses extensive experience in patient access and pharmaceutical marketing, coupled with a profound understanding of access and reimbursement processes. In this crucial role, you will lead Travere's Patient Services Program marketing and oversee the launch of our access-focused speaker bureau and associated programs. You will drive impactful access marketing initiatives for FILSPARI in IgA Nephropathy, with preparations for a potential second indication in FSGS. You'll develop compelling communication strategies for both patients and healthcare providers, enhancing existing resources in anticipation of FSGS approval, and manage the speaker bureau to ensure positive outcomes for patients and providers.

Your role will involve translating brand strategies into actionable access-focused marketing tactics that yield measurable results. Collaborating with cross-functional partners—including patient access, brand marketing, field reimbursement, medical / legal / regulatory affairs, market research, training, and sales—you will create cohesive and compliant initiatives. Externally, you will engage with third-party patient service vendors, agencies, and consultants to ensure effective execution across various stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who can flourish in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a patient-centric focus that drives quality deliverables and high performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the marketing efforts for Travere's Patient Services Program and manage the access-focused speaker bureau and related programs.
  • Implement access marketing initiatives for FILSPARI in IgA Nephropathy and prepare for potential FSGS indication.
  • Create engaging communication materials for patients and healthcare providers to facilitate better patient access.
  • Work closely with sales and field reimbursement teams to refine materials and resources for a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Access team to identify opportunities for advancing patient support messaging.
  • Translate brand strategies into efficient access-focused initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with internal teams and external resources to execute cohesive, compliant pull-through strategies.
  • Maintain a patient-first approach in all initiatives.
  • Deliver high-quality marketing projects within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education / Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is required; equivalent education / experience may be accepted.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing / customer engagement experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, or job-related agency experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
  • This position will require on-site work with colleagues in San Diego, as no role is expected to be 100% remote.

    Target Base Pay Range :

    $128,000.00 - $165,000.00
