Salesforce Architect - Legal Focus

A company is looking for a Salesforce Architect specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with required experience in Legal and Litify.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring compliance and scalability

Conduct gap analysis and oversee data transformation efforts to enhance process efficiency and compliance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Salesforce platform meets organizational needs and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with hands-on solution design and integration expertise

Litify experience is required, along with knowledge of legal case management workflows

Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and data migration

Salesforce Architect and / or Developer certifications preferred
