What Youll Do

As a Project Superintendent, youll lead the day-to-day field operations on construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and communication all align. Youll be the face of WCG on the jobsiteoverseeing trades, coordinating resources, and delivering results that exceed client expectations.

Key Focus Areas :

• Project Execution Oversee and manage daily on-site activities and risks. Manage trade coordination to ensure projects are safely completed on-time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards (35%)
• Contract & Scope Management Interpret drawings, specs, and workflows (20%)
• Safety Oversight Enforce jobsite safety standards (20%)
• Planning, Scheduling, Reporting, & Communicating Document field activity and escalate as needed (15%)
• Team Development Coordinates activities and project needs with Project Manager and other stakeholders. Mentor and support junior field staff (5%)
• Site Documentation Prepare and submit reports, updates, daily logs, JSAs, Toolbox Talks, and the like (5%)
