JOB TITLE Front Desk Receptionist / Student Counselor (Full Time) JOB DURATION Full Time Contract to Hire JOB LOCATION On Site Edison, NJ JOB TIME 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM IST Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls Receive and direct visitors and clients General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Handle requests for information, data and invoicing Resolve administrative problems and inquiries Email correspondence-Prepare written responses to routine enquiries Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence Maintain office supply inventories Student Counseling Responsible for identifying and developing potential sales leads and contacts, as well as presenting and promoting educational products to potential clients. a. This role involves providing detailed information about training courses and their benefits to the educational sector and establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
