A Day in the Role

Begin your day on the schedule that fits your life—1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6am–2pm) or 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2pm–10pm). After a quick team huddle, you’ll rotate through equipment, learn machine setups, monitor runs, perform quality checks, and follow safety standards. You’ll collaborate with teammates to hit production goals. As you master new tasks, you’ll cross-train and expand your skills—and your earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain printing and finishing machinery (training provided)
• Inspect output, document results, and follow established safety procedures
• Work closely with your team to meet or exceed production targets
