About the Role

Were on the hunt for a hands-on Production Lead to help drive performance on our 2nd shift operations team. You'll work closely with the Production Manager and Operations Director to keep things running smoothly, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are always met. This position is ideal for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump on the floor when needed.

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring targets and deadlines are hit.

Schedule, assign, and guide team members to maximize workflow and output.

Spend about half your time actively supporting production on the floor.

Train, coach, and motivate your team building skillsets and promoting accountability.

Monitor quality and safety standards; jump in to correct issues before they become problems.

Keep track of production data, identify bottlenecks, and help implement process improvements.

Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and consistent communication.

Maintain accurate shift reports and performance summaries for management review.

Make sure your team has all materials, tools, and resources needed to stay productive.

Create a positive, safety-first environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

High school diploma or GED (required).

2+ years in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Strong people skills able to coach, correct, and communicate clearly.

Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency.

Committed to safety, quality, and hitting goals without cutting corners.

Valid drivers license.

Comfortable with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, data entry, etc.).

Willing and able to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
