Maintenance Technician – Hotel
Location : Sidney, OH
Pay : $18–20 / hour (depending on experience)
Bonuses :
- $500 after 90 days
- $1,000 after 180 days
- $2,000 after 1 year
- $3,000 after 2 years
- Increases annually by $1,000 until capped at $5,000
Schedule : Full-time, half-day Saturdays, on-call as needed
Responsibilities :
Indoor swimming pool maintenance, including water testing and equipment upkeepElectronic lock systems troubleshooting and repairPTAC unit maintenance and repair (hotel room A / C units)Servicing hotel ice machines, washers, and dryersLight plumbing : clogs, faucets, toilet repairs, etc.Light electrical : outlets, switches, basic wiringGeneral hotel facilities upkeep (guest rooms, public spaces)Responding promptly to guest and staff repair requestsKeeping maintenance logs and following all safety proceduresPreferred Background :
Hotel maintenance experience preferred, but apartment or light commercial building maintenance is acceptablePool chemical knowledge and repair experience required1–3 years of maintenance experience is idealPerks & Benefits :
