A company is looking for a Workforce Coordinator to manage and oversee task assignments within the Data Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Assign and track work for the Data Services team
Report daily status and identify bottlenecks in work queues
Serve as a liaison between Client Services and Data Services to ensure smooth production flow
Required Qualifications
3+ years of direct experience as a Workforce Coordinator or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
Ability to handle changing task assignments with quick turnaround
Experience in providing statistical analysis on workforce data
Capability to work effectively in uncertain and ambiguous situations
