Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a full-semester contract position. This role supports elementary-aged students within a behavior classroom setting, collaborating closely with special education and general education teachers to deliver effective behavior intervention services.

Location : Rock Hill, SCSchedule : Monday through Friday, 7 : 20 AM to 2 : 50 PM (37.5 hours per week)Caseload : Approximately 6 studentsEnvironment : One school site, elementary age group

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for assigned students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis to guide treatment adjustments
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate behavior strategies across settings
• Provide training and guidance to teachers and staff regarding behavior modification techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications :

This position requires onsite presence and is not eligible for VOCO. Interviews will be conducted either onsite or via Zoom, based on candidate preference.
