TKO's creative department is seeking a Graphic and Environmental Designer to join the team, reporting into the Design Director. This role supports TKO's Communications, Corporate Events, and Social Media teams, as well as projects across TKO's portfolio. We're looking for someone who can bring ideas to life visually and physically. This person will create compelling branding assets and help conceptualize and design event environments-from room layouts to branded installations-that immerse guests in our brand story.
This position is extremely fast-paced and hands-on. The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure is crucial. The creative team interfaces with various executives and clients about their creative needs and effectively manages the entire creative process for multiple projects simultaneously.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum :
$60,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state / local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum :
$80,000 annually
