About The Position

• 7-14 days per month 24-hour call, out-of-house coverage
• Patient census of 10, up to 18 patients per shift
• Level IIIb NICU with 24 / 7 NNP coverage
• In-house support from NNP team and pediatric surgery
• Average 2 calls per night / weekend requiring in-person response
• Experience with jet and high-frequency ventilation required
• One week of coverage every three weeks
• Care for neonates from 22 weeks gestation
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
