Mortgage Loan Opener

Position Summary

The Loan Opener is responsible for completing the initial data input, ordering of services and issuing of initial disclosures for all mortgage loan applications.

Essential Functions

• Ensure accurate, complete and timely loan data is being entered into loan processing system
• Generate initial disclosures on all new loan applications in a timely and compliant manner
• Order services that include appraisals, title, subordination agreements, employment verifications, payoffs, etc.
• Communicate with mortgage sales and operations to maintain a high level of customer service
• Assist processing team members as needed
