Sales & Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for a local interior construction services company.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and closing skills.
- Set clear performance goals and track progress through regular reviews.
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and wholesale markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and designers.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry to project completion.
- Resolve escalated client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance & Reporting
- Analyze sales data, prepare monthly reports, and present performance updates to leadership.
- Forecast sales, set budgets, and manage resources effectively.
- Track KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales & marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.Experience in the stone, construction, or building materials industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.$60,000 - $80,000 a year
