Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel RN for the NICU in Lufkin, TX. The NICU RN provides specialized care for critically ill and premature neonates, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients according to established protocols and standards.

Monitor and assess neonates’ condition, intervening as needed to maintain patient stability.

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Document patient care accurately in EMR (Medhost / GE Centricity).

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to optimize neonatal outcomes.

Qualifications :

TN RN license required.

Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience.

Required certifications : BLS, NRP.

Competency in neonatal care, critical thinking, and patient monitoring.
