Emergency Medicine Locums Opportunity in Pomeroy, OH Job Description : Locums Emergency Medicine in Pomeroy, OH where Outpatient Coverage with no call is needed. Here are some of the details : Start Date : ASAP-3-4 months Coverage Need / Schedule Details : Shift times : Varies 8a-8p, 8p-8a Candidate Requirements : Board Certified (if ABIM or ABFM - r equire EM credentials and recent experience ) - REQUIRED Must have minimum 2 years experience in EM (will be checking for this on presentations) - REQUIRED OH License - REQUIRED COVID Vaccination- REQUIRED BLS / ACLS - Current at time of submission- REQUIRED If not EM board certified - will need ACLS, ATLS, BLS and PALS- REQUIRED Clean background, no malpractice - REQUIRED, no exceptions Practice Description : Ideally provide coverage for up to 7-10 shifts per month consistently for the next 3-4 months Annual volume 30,000 Coverage for 3 sites Free-standing ED that sees between 25-35 patients a day on average. Physicians do not handle admissions, those are handled by the Hospitalist team once the patient arrives at the main site. Traumas transferred to a tertiary center for trauma evaluation.
