Job Title : Sr. Analyst, Content StrategistJob DescriptionWe are looking for a passioned Content Specialist to join our fast-growing Gen AI-enabled content delivery team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate is curious about Gen AI and able to learn and understand quickly how technology can help our clients optimize their content for Gen AI-powered futures. Working under the direction of a Senior Gen AI Content Specialist you will be part of a team of Content Specialists executing best-in-class content transformation on large libraries of knowledge base content. You will decide where and how content will be segmented and refactored for optimal use by Gen AI tools. You like meticulous, detailed work, but also see and share opportunities for improvement. As a Gen AI Content Specialist you are part editors, part technicians. You have strong reading comprehension skills and are responsible for deciding where and how large multi-page articles need to be segmented for LLM efficiency and carried context. Dont worry, well coach you at first but do expect you to lead the decision making shortly thereafter. • Execute content transformation and continuous improvements on large content libraries.
• Innovate and optimize content processes; decide where and how content will be segmented and refactored for Gen AI tools.
• Act as part editor and part content strategist with strong reading comprehension skills.
• Act as both a do-er and innovator, making decisions and recommendations independently.
• Segment large multi-page articles for LLM efficiency and context delivery.
• Create, manage and optimize high-quality, Gen AI-optimized content for large knowledge base.
• Be at the forefront of Gen AI applications in content; identify new opportunities for leveraging AI in content strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest in Gen AI technology and trends.Required skills :
• Foundational knowledge of Gen AI uses and applications to drive better, faster ways to work. You dont have to be an expert in the tech but need to understand what it can do for clients.
• Gen AI curiosity and enthusiasm and wish to learn more in this space.
• Expert English reading comprehension and editing skills. You need to be able to suggest where to break large articles and make any edits needed; we call it chunking the articles.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects at once.
• Good familiarity with Word, Excel and large spreadsheets; strong Office 365 skills.
• Natural desire to bring order and classification to content chaos. Familiarity with information architecture is a bonus.
• Like finding patterns and problem-solving.
• 2-3+ years Digital Marketing or Content Marketing experience at a large enterprise or agency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
