Identifies and briefly describes each plate to the guests accurately. Aware of all upcoming orders and status of tables expecting food. Assists the Chef in expediting food to the dining room. Assists in bussing tables and marking appropriate silverware when necessary. Works as a liaison between the kitchen and the serving staff, conveying guest issues. Runs and Serves Food from our Kitchen to our dining rooms and bars. Always uses position numbers. Keeps expediter station and the kitchen stocked with plates, plate wipes, ramekins, etc. throughout service Follows all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and IL Health Department following all health and safety regulations. Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned. We are an equal opportunity employer.
