Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, managing project allocation and priorities
Design and validate predictive models and data-driven solutions, guiding the team in data analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science
Minimum 7 years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in Python or R, and advanced SQL skills for large datasets
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Hands-on expertise in machine learning and statistical analysis techniques
