Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Overview
A growing international trade compliance team is seeking a mid-level associate to advise clients on complex trade matters. Responsibilities
- Advise clients on U.S. export control and trade regulations, including ITAR, EAR, OFAC sanctions, and CFIUS.
- Conduct investigations and prepare voluntary disclosures for potential trade compliance issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain trade compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Work as part of a collegial, team-oriented environment.
