We are seeking a reliable full-time Senior Maintenance Technician for our beautiful community, Doubletree Apartments!
In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day!

Responsibilities
Responding to resident maintenance requestsCleaning and maintaining apartment units, and other community amenitiesConducting property inspectionsMoving furniture when neededHelping with the grounds when neededAdvise, Lead, and Repair equipment and units per Lindsey Management standardsMust be available on-call as neededMust be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduledSkills and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GEDExperience with a variety of maintenance disciplinesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsGeneral customer service and commitment to resident satisfactionPast property maintenance experience preferredA plus if you are HVAC or CPO Certified!All applicants must pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and must have a valid driver’s license.
