Schedule : Thursdays 12 : 30pm - 7pm and Fridays 7 : 30am - 2pm Start Date : 8 / 21 / 25 Duration : Through 11 / 7 / 25 Specialty : Occupational Health / Primary Care Patient Volume : Low volume (Approximately 6-12)

Role Highlights : Injury triage and treatment Employee health / Basic primary care Return-to-work and fit-for-duty assessments

Requirements : Active KY license, BC, BLS, and DEA Minimum 2 year of experience in Primary Care and / or Occupational Health

Compensation : Hourly Rate discussed by Phone Paid Weekly 100% Malpractice Paid
