In this vital role, you will assess patient conditions, implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized care plans\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed\n
• Monitor, document, and report patient vital signs and medical information\n
• Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery\n
