We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely, based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

The Role

The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst will assist in providing monthly / quarterly payouts for commission based on comp plans and financial reporting. The role involves interacting closely with sales operations, finance, and the sales department to gather, compile, analyze data, and present a final product to pay commission.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Sales Ops, Legal / Order Management, Finance, and Accounting to ensure data input accuracy.
  • Processing monthly / quarterly commission payouts
  • Administering monthly, quarterly, and annual commission statements
  • Answering global commission questions and responding to commission inquiries.
  • Providing world-class customer service to the Sales organization and other internal customers.
  • Assisting the commission manager on special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM's (Netsuite, SF360, etc) is highly preferred
  • Experience working with advanced MS Excel (Power Query) and Word
  • Fundamental financial skills and knowledge
  • Previous commissions experience is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and multi-task
  • Strong initiative, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong people orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle high volume transactions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal interactive skills
  • Customer service attitude with a readiness to take on challenges
  • Able to collaborate, prioritize, and organize work effectively
  • Education : BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Analytical Field
