Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Handle a mix of accounts, including manufacturing and other industries, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Support the quoting process for new and renewal business. Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software to manage account information and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance experience, with a preference for candidates with 4-10+ years of experience. Account Expertise : Experience with middle-market accounts preferred. Technical Skills : Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management software is preferred.

Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $65,000 - $105,000 annually (depending on experience)
