Silverwood Landscape Construction is seeking a Purchasing Administrative Assistant to join our great team!
You will be responsible for Data Entry, Purchase Order Entry, Request For Quotes, Submittals (Landscape, Irrigation, Photos). Computer and typing skills are mandatory.
Job Description
Assist purchasing department with ordering materials for multiple jobs, send out purchase orders to vendors and subcontractors, creating submittals to send to general contractors / clients (landscape, irrigation, planting, along with photos).
Responsibilities
- Create POs using Sage 100 Contractor
- Communicate with vendors for pricing
- Meet all project deadlines
- Create and send out submittals.
- maintain pricing for vendors within ERP
Qualifications
Silverwood Landscape, Inc. has been in landscape construction for over 40 years. We specialize in commercial and residential properties all throughout California. We provide construction management as well as many design-build services.
