Registered Nurse Home Health | St. Louis, MO

Sunbelt is seeking a Home Health RN for a 13-week contract in St. Louis, MO. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM 5 PM, with a caseload of 46 points per day, providing quality care to patients in their homes.

Requirements :

Active Missouri RN license

Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience

Proficiency with OASIS documentation

Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), formerly PointCare

Current BLS certification
