Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM Manager)

Join Our Mission. Amplify Our Impact. At Positive Impact Teams, we support a growing network of dental practices across multiple states by providing centralized HR, operations, billing, and administrative support so our doctors and office teams can focus on what matters most : patient care.

We're currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM Manager) to lead and evolve our billing and collections processes. This role is based at our Oklahoma City support office and plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization.

What You'll Do :

  • Oversee the full revenue cycle process from insurance verification to final collections across our supported dental offices
  • Manage a team of RCM specialists, providing coaching, accountability, and development
  • Create and monitor KPIs, reporting on collection trends, AR aging, and payer performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and HR to improve workflows and resolve issues
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and payer policies
  • Lead system and process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce claim denials

What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of dental billing processes, insurance claims, and AR reconciliation
  • Experience managing a team and navigating multi-location operations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with practice management software and Excel
  • Local to the Oklahoma City area this role is fully on-site at our support office
