Salary : $25 - $40 Hourly DOE

Evergreen Sign Company is seeking signage installers for immediate openings. We produce both interior and exterior signage for various industries. As an installer, you will work with materials such as HDU, ACM, acrylic, aluminum cabinets, vinyl, digital prints, and more. Additionally, you will handle excavation equipment, stonework, concrete, and grout / mortar.

Responsibilities :

• Efficiently and safely complete the installation of all types of signage using equipment such as bucket trucks, ladders, and man lifts.
• Perform labor-intensive tasks repeatedly, including loading signage onto trucks, lifting over 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and digging footings.
• Manage truck inventory to ensure it is properly stocked before leaving the shop.
• Conduct site surveys and consult with customers.
• Read and work with site plans and architectural drawings, communicating any discrepancies to the appropriate person.
• Maintain a high level of product quality and craftsmanship on schedule.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in signage installation is required

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Planning and organizing skills with good hand-eye coordination.

Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers.

General construction knowledge.

Valid Washington State drivers license and a clean driving record.

Knowledge of hand and power tools.
