Annual Salary : $85k-$95k (varies depending on years of experience)We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Supervisor to join our clients leadership team and help drive high-quality behavioral health services. This role is pivotal in guiding clinical staff, enhancing service delivery models, and ensuring operational excellence across the program. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, supervisory experience, and a passion for innovation in mental health care.
- Responsibilities Include :
- Lead team meetings, case reviews, and strategic planning sessions to support program goals.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards from city, state, and federal agencies.
- Monitor billing systems and address discrepancies to maintain financial health and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Serve as acting program lead when other senior staff are unavailable.
- Design and implement new therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and communities served.
- Evaluate gaps in service delivery and propose actionable solutions.
- Supervise crisis response protocols and provide direct clinical support when needed.
- Ensure timely intake, discharge, and case assignment processes to reduce wait times and improve access to care.
- Track appointment attendance and availability to optimize client engagement.
- Conduct regular chart audits and participate in utilization reviews to maintain high standards of care.
- Provide both individual and group supervision to licensed clinicians.
- Integrate recovery-oriented and rehabilitative practices into clinical workflows.
- Support incident reporting and resolution processes.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new clinical staff.
- Oversee performance evaluations and address any concerns related to staff development.
- Manage schedules and time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities and mentorship.
- Requirements :
- Masters degree in Social Work.
- Active New York State licensure (LCSW).
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience working with adults with mental health conditions.
- At least two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Familiarity with evidence-based modalities such as DBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
