Job Overview :

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Telemetry Unit . In this role, you will care for patients with heart issues and other serious conditions. You'll monitor heart rhythms, check for changes, and act fast in emergencies.

About the Unit :

36-bed Cardiac Care Unit

Day Shift : 4–5 patients per nurse

Night Shift : 5–6 patients per nurse

1 tech per hallway for extra support

Patient types : Chest pain, stroke, post-surgery, heart rhythm problems, COPD, GI issues, and more

Step-down unit from a higher-level critical care area

Strong leadership and training to help you grow your career

What You'll Do :

Monitor and care for patients with heart or serious health issues

Watch heart rhythms (ECGs), recognize dangerous changes, and respond quickly

Work with doctors and other staff to give the best care

Care for patients age 16 and older

Keep patients safe and follow hospital policies

✅ Requirements :

1+ year of experience as an RN in a hospital or acute care setting

Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)

Missouri RN license or a compact state RN license

BLS certification required at start

ACLS certification required within 1 year of hire
