job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting findings to Allied Universal management and / or site contacts as required. Document security-related activities and incidents according to site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Assist with emergency response activities and support site staff during incidents as directed by Allied Universal and / or site leadership. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Customer service experience is preferred. A valid security guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Mon 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 30 AM; Tue 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 30 AM
