Finance Intern - Year-long Rotational Program

Join our rotational program in Finance where you will do six months in two rotations during the year. Our program is a year-long program running from May 2026 to May 2027. Based out of our Niskayuna or Waterford, NY facilities, you will work full-time during summer break and the December break. During the school year, you will work 15-19 hours gaining exposure to different Finance functions.

Responsibilities include :

• Gain hands-on experience in financial controls, external reporting, auditing, and accounting practices to ensure organizational integrity and compliance.
• Develop critical financial planning and analysis skills while supporting capital structure strategy, cash flow forecasting, and investment decision-making to drive long-term financial health.
• Immerse yourself in the financial backbone of manufacturing by analyzing production costs, evaluating plant performance, and supporting strategic decisions that drive efficiency, quality, and profitability across our operations.
• Strengthen your understanding of risk management and internal controls by evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Base Pay Range : $22.00 - $26.00. The base salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
