Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Guide and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Engagement : Actively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.

Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand client base.

Performance Monitoring : Evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training to ensure continuous improvement.

Networking : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge : Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide relevant and up-to-date advice.

Requirements

Licensing : Must possess an active Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one.

Experience : Prior sales experience or leadership experience is required

Leadership Skills : Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
