CRB Analyst

Pima Federal Credit Union of Tucson, AZ is looking to hire a full-time CRB Analyst to support our Cannabis Related Business (CRB) Banking Program. CRB ANALYST

Our CRB Analysts are responsible for managing the banking relationships of established high-risk Cannabis Related Businesses (CRBs). This role combines exceptional member service with diligent compliance and data analysis to ensure safe and effective program management.

The CRB Analyst assists members with day-to-day account functions such as online access, wire and ACH origination, and general account maintenance. They complete ongoing account reviews, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and ensure all regulatory reporting and documentation requirements are met. The Analyst collaborates closely with the Compliance Department to uphold regulatory standards and maintain a secure and compliant CRB banking program.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CRB ANALYST

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Two years of experience in a financial institution; cannabis banking experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of general financial institution policies and procedures.
  • Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • One year of BSA / AML compliance experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel to different branch locations, member sites, and various training or networking events.
