job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field. At least 8 years of progressive IT experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Infor Syteline or similar) and Microsoft network systems. Two years of supervisory experience. Demonstrated success in project planning and execution. Ability to coordinate the development and modification of custom software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of improving system reliability, security and performance. Experience with AI-driven analytics, automation tools, or machine learning applications in business or manufacturing processes is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of outside resources, company personnel, and others at all levels.
