Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the overall management and direction of multiple public-sector construction projects
• Maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, school districts, architects, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• Oversee project teams including project managers, superintendents, and support staff
• Participate in business development efforts and client interviews for public bids and negotiated work
• Ensure all project activities comply with public procurement processes, legal requirements, and reporting protocols
• Review and approve contracts, budgets, change orders, and pay applications
• Monitor project performance and proactively address risks or challenges
• Support team development through mentorship and leadership
• Represent the company in community and industry events related to public and educational construction
