Architect Project Manager (8241)

Overview

ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an Architect Project Manager to work on-site with our client in Bozeman, MT. This full-time position will lead high-performing teams through all phases of project execution, from design and documentation to permitting and construction. They will manage schedules, budgets, and client alignment while mentoring teams and driving innovation across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in Architectural Design and Leadership.
• Engage innovative projects that shape our communities while leading high-performing teams to new heights.
• Independently supervise project teams through all phases of project execution, including contract management, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the design and technical aspects of projects while overseeing internal budgets, drafting fee proposals, earned-value analysis, invoicing, and ensuring alignment with client objectives and budget execution.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Mentor dynamic project teams to foster collaboration across disciplines and turn ambitious designs into reality while developing tomorrow\'s industry leaders.
