Responsibilities
- Provides technical support to staff.
- Maintains the integrity of the network / systems security and optimization of the network.
- Installs, maintains, and upgrades computer workstations and software.
- Develops and implements disaster recovery procedures
- Monitors and maintains network stability
- Installs and configures desktop and laptop systems.
- Provides Intranet and Internet services that allow employees to connect to data and applications.
- Configure employee equipment to connect to the Internet and Company applications.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Communicates information such as software bugs, weak documentation, and new product ideas to the appropriate departments / teams.
