Start Date : ASAP - Ongoing

Licensing : Must have active VT license to begin application

Compact licenses are considered, but VT license must be active to start onboarding

Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days

Temps Available : With clean background and malpractice history

Certifications Required :

Mandatory : ACLS (AHA only), BLS, PALS, NRP

Licensure Requirement : DEA required

Schedule :

Standard : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Late Room : 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Call : 3 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Call Frequency : 1x / week

Response Time : 30 minutes

Supervision Model : 60% supervision (MD involvement)

Case Types :

Orthopedics, general surgery, endoscopy, OB / GYN (380 deliveries / year), pediatrics

Urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastic surgery

Includes C-sections and VBACs

Skills Required : Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

Caselogs Required : Yes - documentation required for all 3 skills

Facility Info : 5 providers per day
