Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Healthcare Business Analyst :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. Create detailed process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs) using Visio and Scribe or Microsoft Word.
Document current and desired states, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Gather requirements and understand needs to drive process improvements.
Contract position with a high likelihood of extension or conversion to full-time, running until at least January 2026.

Required Skills for Healthcare Business Analyst :

Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle processes.

Proficiency in process flow documentation using Visio and SOP creation.

Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and follow-through skills.

Ability to work independently while meeting objectives and deadlines.

Experience with swimlane process flows and SOP editing; familiarity with Scribe is a plus.
