About this Role

The Deco and WIP Line Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations across decoration and work-in-process (WIP) lines. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this individual will lead teams, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As Wildpack grows, this role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to contribute to the development of new processes and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about building strong, high-performing teams.

A Day in the Life : What You Do

  • Administrative Tasks : Report to direct supervisor and ensure accurate completion of job paperwork.
  • Quality Control : Ensure all products meet necessary quality standards.
  • Safety Compliance : Promote employee safety, enforce safety guidelines, and achieve safety metrics.
  • Team Training and Development : Crosstrain employees on equipment, job specifications, and ensure 100% completion of monthly training requirements.
  • Team Management : Lead teams of 5-10 employees, coordinate break schedules, and provide clear instructions to meet daily targets.
  • Process Oversight : Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other work rules.
  • Effective Communication : Translate directives into actionable tasks for team members and communicate effectively with team leaders and direct managers.

Qualifications : What You Know

  • Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in the beverage industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Experience working with performance targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25-30 pounds.
  • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
