Enablement Engineer Manager

Position Summary
An Enablement Engineer is an Education team resource who partners with Customer Success Managers (CSM) and their customers to develop technical strategies and solutions that enable customers to maximize the value they gain from the Domo platform. The role develops deep platform expertise, crafts customized solutions, and distills learning into scalable educational resources such as eLearning modules, webinars, videos, and instructor-led training.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify technical risks to contract renewals and potential expansion areas for Domo customers.
- Design solutions for the identified risks and opportunities.
- Guide customers through implementation of the designed solutions.
- Enable customers to maintain solutions through training and work sessions.
- Collaborate with the Education team to develop scalable educational resources.
- Help customers and Domo staff understand the value of the Domo platform.
Job Requirements
2+ Years' Domo experience.Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent professional experience.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.3+ years of experience working with relational databases.Strong communication skills for both business and technical audiences.Rapidly develop expert-level understanding of complex software systems.Design and deliver technical training programs tailored for customer education sessions.Business Intelligence / Visualization and ETL experience.Preferred Skills & Experience
Expert-level SQL (MySQL, Snowflake).ETL design and development experience.Scripting experience (Python).Web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).Benefits
